Nestled against the backdrop of Coal Bank Ridge, a brick sanctuary awaits. Its outdoor haven, a blend of covered decks and open spaces, invites adventures under the sky. Inside, a cathedral-ceiling living room embodies warmth, while an additional apartment above the garage promises cozy seclusion. The main floor boasts many living spaces with a primary bedroom suite! Upstairs offers additional bedrooms with walk-in closets with two full bathrooms. Downstairs, a second garage stands ready for dreams to take shape, a recreational room, an additional bedroom and full bathroom. It also has an awesome space for an office and focal bar area for entertaining. The three-acre front field hints at possibilities—a horse farm, perhaps? Recent updates, from a new driveway to modern appliances, whisper tales of comfort and convenience. And with the potential for subdivision, the story of this home is one of boundless opportunity.

Rural Residential District
The R-R Rural Residential District is composed of certain quiet, low-density, residential areas with a rural character, plus certain open areas where similar residential development appears likely to occur. The regulations for this district are designed to stabilize and protect the essential characteristics of the district, to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family life, to provide for an orderly transition from predominately agricultural or forestal uses to mostly rural residential uses, and to strictly limit activities of a commercial nature. To these ends, development is limited to relatively low densities and permitted uses are limited basically to single-family dwellings for the residents, home-occupation uses for compatible home-based businesses, as well as certain additional institutional uses such as schools, parks and churches that serve the residents of the district. The purpose of the R-R district is to accommodate residential development of a strictly rural nature, and therefore is generally not intended to be served with public water and wastewater services.
