Braemar, located between Linton Hall Road and Wellington Road, is a suburban and residential Linton Hall neighborhood with curving cul-de-sacs and pocket parks. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Braemar Village Center at Linton Hall Road, where a small strip of everyday services and storefronts sets a practical, lived-in rhythm. Sidewalk-lined streets frame mostly late-20th-century single-family homes and townhomes with attached garages and tidy front lawns. Broad Run’s wooded edges and nearby greenways give the area a soft, tree-buffered feel. Recreation often centers on community amenities and nearby county parks, with commuter routes radiating toward Gainesville and Manassas.
