Looking for a home on land that is still convenient to everything in Leesburg? This is the one you've been waiting for! This charming rambler sits on 3 acres right off route 15. Tucked back far enough to not hear any traffic but only 10 minutes from the driveway to Target! The best way to describe this home is cozy. There are three generous sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living/dining area features a wood burning fireplace. Access to the porch out back is through the kitchen. Don't forget to stop in the huge shed out back. Big enough for all sorts of activities. The owner used it to store his dump trucks (yes, it's that big!). The large unfinished basement offers ample storage or could be finished and enjoyed by many. This home is being sold strictly AS IS. Agents, please included the appropriate addendum when submitting an offer.
