They say location, location, right? Well this is it. .. situated on a large flat lot with amazing views in SW County/Cave Spring. Built in 1990 this two story colonial boasts 4 bedrooms 3 full baths and a full walkout basement that could be a separate living quarter if needed. Beautiful touches, upgrades and remodeling allow you to settle right in. The neighborhood use to be the Ferguson Farm. Family members of the Ferguson family volunteer and maintain the mowing. We have met them but I don't know who they are. The developer of the neighborhood own it. When we bought it was so overgrown. A boy scout troop (because one of the scout was a family member) cleaned it up and put down markers but they are unsure who is buried where. From what we were told,
GREAT LOCATION IN SOUTHWEST COUNTY. PRIVATE FENCED YARD WITH AN INCREDIBLE VIEW OF BENT MOUNTAIN. THIS WELL-MAINTAINED HOME PROVIDES PLENTY OF ROOM INSIDE AND OUT. NO WORK TO BE DONE HERE. A MUST SEE.

AR
Agricultural/Residential District
These areas are generally characterized by very low density residential and institutional uses mixed with smaller parcels that have historically contained agricultural uses, forest land and open space outside the urban service area. These areas provide an opportunity for rural living in convenient proximity to urban services and employment. Agricultural uses should be encouraged to be maintained. Over time, however, these areas are expected to become increasingly residential in character, with residential development becoming the dominant use over agricultural and more rural type uses. The purpose of this district, consistent with the Rural Village land use category in the comprehensive plan, is to maintain these areas essentially in their rural state, consistent with the level of services anticipated by the county. These areas are generally suitable for low density residential development and other compatible land uses.
