Priced accordingly and ready for someone willing to add their personal touches and a little sweat equity. Features include an encapsulated, climate-controlled day room 12x16, garage converted to a work shop 336sqft, established kiwi vines, and lawn equipment conveying, including a zero-radius mower purchased February 2026.
