About this home
Lovingly maintained 4 bedroom log home in a terrific neighborhood close to town yet a country like feel. This home has been very well maintained and the current owners added a spacious addition just 15 years ago. The addition has lots of natural light creating a beautiful living space with a large dining room and a wonderful master bedroom with several skylights letting sunlight or moonlight stream in. The two closets allow for personal space. One has the ability to add a bathroom with plumbing easily accessed. Many upgrades include furnace, hot water heater and a roof that is only 2 years old. A sweet deck on back for outdoor entertaining plus a great yard with mature trees for shade. The lower walk out basement has a woodstove and a nice finished space for a man cave or bonus type room. The home is heated by oil with a pellet stove on the first floor. Schedule your viewing today to see how nice this home really is!

Residential Neighborhood District
The Residential Neighborhood District is composed of high- to moderate-density residential neighborhoods extending outward from downtown Brattleboro and West Brattleboro village, and along the Route 9 corridor. While primarily residential in use, these neighborhoods vary significantly in the form and density of housing they offer, and include traditional neighborhoods, post-war suburban-style neighborhoods, multi-family developments, townhouses and mobile home parks. The land within this district is generally served by municipal water and sewer. Walkability and proximity to public transit service, neighborhood stores, schools, parks and other amenities varies by neighborhood. The purpose of this district is to allow a diverse range of housing, encourage an increase in and improvement of the town’s housing stock, and promote more compact, walkable neighborhoods in balance with protection of neighborhood character and quality of life, and in accordance with the policies of the Brattleboro Town Plan.
