About this home
Private Oasis! This is an amazing location with the convenience of walk to downtown and a very private back yard. You have to visit to appreciate the upgrades including wonderfully glowing floors and very very nice kitchen and bath upgrades. Lovely open concept and especially exciting to those thinking of aging in place. The yard is a level plateau with tons of gardening potential and play area. Watch the moon rise over the mountain, toast your toes at the pellet stove or rock away on the front porch! Don't miss this as you will want to make it your new home!

It's spring!! Watch the perennials flower from the patio or screen room. Also enjoy the views of Wantastiquet from the private back yard. Easy walk to Main St. from this single level home. Over half an acre of level lawn graced by a majestic oak tree. Recent improvements include new thermo pane windows through-out and completely insulated. To help with the high fuel prices a pellet stove was installed. Other desirable features are an abundance of closets, recently exposed hardwood floors throughout. Clean and bright make this well worth a look.

Residential Neighborhood District
The Residential Neighborhood District is composed of high- to moderate-density residential neighborhoods extending outward from downtown Brattleboro and West Brattleboro village, and along the Route 9 corridor. While primarily residential in use, these neighborhoods vary significantly in the form and density of housing they offer, and include traditional neighborhoods, post-war suburban-style neighborhoods, multi-family developments, townhouses and mobile home parks. The land within this district is generally served by municipal water and sewer. Walkability and proximity to public transit service, neighborhood stores, schools, parks and other amenities varies by neighborhood. The purpose of this district is to allow a diverse range of housing, encourage an increase in and improvement of the town’s housing stock, and promote more compact, walkable neighborhoods in balance with protection of neighborhood character and quality of life, and in accordance with the policies of the Brattleboro Town Plan.
