9.4 Acres eastward sloping property w/ great view potential of the Sugarbush trails. With proper permitting, one could have room for two lots, one on the lower level and one on the upper part where the remains of the old house are. Permits are needed for both sites. There was a septic system and an artesian well that is visible next to the stream. I called the state on both; they could find no records, pretty common situation. Since the property had an inhabitable residence for many years, there is a good chance permits for at least one house is possible. The owners moved and a tenant left the property in the abandoned state that it is in. The property is being sold as-is. For the right person this is an excellent opportunity.
