About this home
Great location and big Mt Baker views complement this well maintained rambler on 3 acres with a big shop while only ten minutes from Bellingham. Three nice bedrooms and two big bathrooms grace this open concept, light and bright nearly 1600 square foot gem astride a cleared grassy lot. The well designed kitchen opens to the great room (new flooring) with a breakfast bar and views Mt Baker. Cozy gas fireplace! An office allows for your own ideas too. The 30 x 30 insulated shop boasts a wired interior office; also included are two "CONEX" containers for storage. Lots of graveled parking and space to roam. Bring your critters. Sweeping views of Sumas Mountain too. One level living is hard to find and this place is in great condition!
Well-maintained one story home set up on a 3 acre parcel close to Bellingham and short drive to Mount Baker. Detached insulated shop with office. Two additional containers for storage. Tons of additional parking. Good natural light.
