Professional boxer Manny Pacquiao is in the midst of closing on a Beverly Hills mansion for $12.5 million, according to the L.A. Times.
The deal will likely close just in time for the Pac Man’s fight against the undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr., set to take place on May 2. Victory or not, it would be hard not to feel like a winner in this house!
The Filipino world champion’s new home packs a few punches, spanning an enormous 10,000 square feet with a list of impressive amenities including a home theater big enough for 20 people! So the 36-year-old boxer will never have to worry about where he can catch the next boxing match, as long as he isn’t in the ring himself. The property also has resort-like grounds with several patios easily accessible from the large pool in the backyard, offering plenty of outdoor entertaining space.
Pacquiao’s new palace features a stunning two-story grand entrance with a sweeping staircase and elegant chandelier. The seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style estate is decked out with luxury, including a formal living room, dining room and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a large center island accompanied by beautiful custom cabinetry.
The home has been on and off the market since 2013 and was previously owned by Sean Combs, who sold it in 2001.
