Get ready folks, “The Bachelorette” returns on May 23rd! To celebrate its return and the release of the new contestants, we’re taking a look inside “The Bachelor” mansion. This beautiful Santa Monica home has been a distinctive part of the show for the last twenty seasons.
The 7,590 square-foot mansion is expansive, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, but it’s still a tight squeeze for 26 contestants! The glamorous estate sits on almost 10 acres with stunning mountain views. The house features a wine cellar, home theater, dazzling kitchen and of course the infamous pool and hot tub.
The last time the Spanish-style villa hit the market was in 2010 with a price tag of $1.7 million. Our Redfin Estimate shows its value at $4.98 million. But chances are the home and its juicy secrets (okay maybe not so many secrets, it’s national TV after all) won’t be hitting the market anytime soon. Don’t worry though, you can gather all of your friends and rent the mansion for your very own “Bachelor” themed party for the low price of $2,100 a night. You might even be able to find a Chris Harrison look alike.
