True Religion Co-Founder Jeffrey Lubill is ready to part ways with his breathtaking Los Angeles villa. The mansion, basically built by denim, hit the market yesterday for $22.5 million. Lubill purchased the extravagant property back in 2008 for $18 million. He originally listed it in June 2014 for $27.5 million and took it off the market the following November. The denim designer stands to make $4.5 million from the sale.
The 11,200-square-foot estate features five bedrooms, six bathroom and a huge walk-in-closet ( perfect for keeping all of those pairs of True Religions). In addition, the lavish abode boasts a game room, six fireplaces, a library with a full bar and panoramic ocean and city views. The craziest feature has to be the pool with a fire pit; it’s perfect for hosting a celeb-style bash!
This insane home is located in the ritzy Bel Air area of L.A. With the average listing price in Bel Air starting at $3.8 million, this home is a splurge at $22.5 million.
