Sycamore Glen is made up of attached condos, either one or two story (1,007 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft). Number of bedrooms range between 2 and 3 with bathrooms between 2 and 2.5. All have two car garages (nice!). This complex was built back in the late ’80s by the Bren Company.
Tustin Ranch seems to be fairing well given the market conditions. Yes, there are a few short sales here and there, but I’m just not seeing as many distressed properties here. Given it’s excellent location, great schools, and “newness” of the community, Tustin Ranch is highly desirable… which always helps in a housing slump. I guess the sun always shines over there in Tustin Ranch!
