Great news! Azure Northwest Homes was named Local Builder of the Year at the eighth-annual New Home Council 2016 Tribute Awards held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue on Nov. 3. Azure NW received top honors over other great builders who made the list of finalists: Village Life and BDR Homes. Azure NW was also a top 10 builder for new home closings in the first quarter of 2016*, and was a finalist for three other awards from the New Home Council.

Azure NW is a Seattle-based land development and homebuilding company founded in 2014 by Isaac Stocks and Tom Young. Specializing in single family homes in established suburban Seattle-area markets including Bonney Lake, Gig Harbor, Kent, Sammamish and Kirkland, Azure NW has delivered $23 million of real estate in two years.

In its debut in 2015, Azure NW had one of the strongest launches ever at Tehaleh, with 18 homes sold in its first five months. Originally envisioned to be built on spec, the Azure homes have largely sold presale, with a waiting list for upcoming home releases.
