San Bruno: Huntington Park

There are some new listings in the Huntington Park neighborhood of San Bruno, which is west of El Camino. A nice family neighborhood, there may be some SFO traffic overhead, so I would advise spending time in the area to ascertain the level of noise and whether it is something that you can live with. Three of these listings are on Elm Avenue and are under $800,000. The first, on the market just one day, is at 171 Elm. A 2/1 with 1450 sf plus a detached in-law unit. This looks like a happy, well-tended home on a standard lot. Price: $779,000. Second is located at 373 Elm, on the market for 3 days and listed for $699,000. This is a 3/1 with 1350 sf, plus bonus room downstairs. A bit boxy looking, similar to the homes in the Sunset District of San Francisco, with garage downstairs and living space upstairs, it appears in good condition, but could use some updating. Finally, at 385 Elm is a 3-day listing comprised of a 2/1 on 960 sf. Priced at $699,000, it is clean and ready to move into. All homes are within walking distance of San Bruno City Park and have easy access to Highway 280 via Crystal Springs Road.
