After floating in the real estate doldrums for more than a year, the pirate mansion (or is it a theme park!?) in Riverside, CA has resurfaced on the market — and just in time for Halloween.

As you ascend the staircase to the entryway you are greeted by a comely lass that you might expect to see adorning the prow of the Black Pearl. The breezeway that leads into the Mediterranean courtyard is flanked by two cannons that prepare you for the explosive decor you’ll find inside.

Gamble some of your doubloons in the game room, dubbed “Queen Anne’s Revenge,” watch The Goonies in your private theater or stargaze from the comfort of your very own observatory. Of course, all of this quirky luxury comes at a price. The $2.29 million price tag is about $2 million more than the September median sale price for Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

What do you think? Is this pirate’s paradise worth the asking price?
