I admit, I am firmly biased toward homes less than 700K (actually my favorite homes are less than 300K, only San Francisco’s answer to that amount is usually just a shack- or worse, just a smirk). And these I am noting for you now are all new listings, are all 2 bedroom, and span three very different neighborhoods.

273 Shipley St. #3, SF: 2/1 townhouse condo for $585,000. Low HOA, yard, firplace, loft like master bedroom. Sounds pretty great if you like the South of Market flavor.

3610 Quintara Ave, SF: 2/1 with unwarranted bonus room downstairs (like all Sunset houses seem to include). This is a single family home with garage, yard, hardwoods and new roof. If you are more a Parkside person than a SOMA person, this might be perfect for you.

720 Gough, #39, SF: 2/2 condo with parking and storage, though at 1300 plus square feet, maybe for once you would have room to stretch out. Fireplace, patios, in-unit washer/dryer. With a cross street of McAllister, if you like to be close to the Civic Center, downtown, Nob Hill, etc., this is a very spacious must see.
