Stephen Curry is on a real estate roll. After recently parting ways with his Orinda, CA home, the Golden State star is also looking to say goodbye to his Walnut Creek home. The Golden Warriors point guard listed the home yesterday for $3.7 million. Curry recently bought a $5.775 million mansion in Alamo, California, solidifying his all-star status! His recent real estate purchase could be the reason Curry is unloading his other homes. The famous baller purchased the Walnut Creek mansion back in 2015 for $3.2 million. Curry is hoping to score $500,000 from the deal.
The 7,520-square-foot property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. This Mediterranean style villa also features a guest house, wine cellar and billiards room. The craziest feature has to be the master bedroom, which features an over-the-top master bath with a steam shower and a therapeutic tub.
Steph Curry’s lavish estate resides in Walnut Creek , where the average listing price starts at around $699,000. Though Curry’s mansion is way above the average listing price, the Redfin Estimate has it at $3,875,732, and with all those dream-worth amenities, we’re not surprised!
