From Then to Now: Lauren’s Conrad’s Major Home Upgrade Since “The Hills”

With the airing of the 10-year reunion episode of MTV’s “The Hills”, it only feels right to talk about Lauren Conrad, and take a look at how far she’s come since her days as L.C. To think, it’s been 10 years since we saw Lauren hop into her black Mercedes and leave Laguna Beach for the hills–AKA Los Angeles. What would life be like if “The Hills” hadn’t premiered? Would reality television be what it is today? Would we all have been trying to get into FIDM, and dreaming of internships in Paris? Would headbands have been a fad?? Of course not! We owe it all to Lauren Conrad and her “Hills” cast members for sharing their personal lives with us for so long.

After leaving “The Hills” in 2010, Lauren Conrad went on to start her own successful brand, Lauren Conrad, built a brand for Kohl’s, started a crazy-popular blog and married her husband William Tell. Conrad and Tell purchased their $4.4 million Pacific Palisades home in 2015, and it is a serious upgrade from Conrad and Heidi Montag’s first apartment that they lived in during the show.

When your summer home costs almost $20,000 a month at the age of 20, you can only go up from there. With that said, let’s take a look at where Lauren Conrad calls home today.

The gorgeous Mediterranean-style home takes over 1.5 acres of land, and is further off the main street to give the couple their privacy. The 5,871-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, and five-and-a-half baths, a pool, hot tub and amazing interiors. Beautiful french doors open up to the outdoor area that has a large space for entertaining, while looking at the beautiful California mountain views. With four empty bedrooms, we can only wonder if the two have babies on the mind!
