Housing market update for December 20: Home prices are still rising, even as some seasonal winter slowdowns proceed.
The housing market is still experiencing only a very mild cooldown as home prices and sales both posted strong gains.
The national median home price rose 14.0% year over year to $335,519 in November as other measures of competition hit all-time records.
