Without Aella I don’t believe we would ever found a home for our family in San Jose. The Bay Area is so competitive that it was a huge ask to have someone help us find a home within our budget. Aella is very nice and easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and always suggested price point competitive enough, but not over priced. I also learned a lot from Aella about home constructions. For each home I am interested in, not only she examined the disclosure package, she often went on-site multiple times to check if there are potential issues, and asked me to call for specialized inspections such as foundation, structural, or termite if there is such need. Highly recommend Aella to home buyers!
