About Ahmad

Moving down south straight out of High School, I found myself not only living here but eventually owning a couple of business' in beautiful sunny Florida. I have carried with me the important skills that I've acquired throughout the years of owning businesses and working for employers. One thing that you can always count on with me is that I will treat you as if you are family from day one, allowing your needs to become my priorities. I currently hold numerous degrees and certificates in a range of fields and bilingual in speaking English, Arabic, and a functional level of Spanish. I am always striving to be better by adding to those accomplishments which also include holding the ranking as an instructor of Kung Fu and mixed martial arts coach as well as a fitness trainer.
Real estate has always been a strong passion of mine, it's what has driven me to the success that I have today. I enjoy working with different clients and getting to know them. I enjoy getting a family into a home because they deserve it and worked hard for it. I enjoy keeping my negotiation skills sharpened with investment properties that come with 50 other sharks wanting to take my title. What can I say about Ahmad, he is a true professional and a go getter. He was attentive, honest and you can tell that he takes pride in what he does. He was able to get me the home of my dreams and for a better deal then I ever expected. His negotiation skills are unparalleled and he did for me what no other realtor could. Ahmad worked with us on this property and navigated about 10 different offers on the first day alone. We were ready to accept an offer, but Ahmad implored us to be patient and give it a few more days as he felt we would get something better. He wasn't wrong. We ended up getting a full cash deal which was OVER asking price. We would have left money on the table if Ahmad hadn't been our agent and guiding us.

Ahmad is a one stop shop agent. Not only does he take care of listing the property and dealing with other agents, he has connections with various vendors that help throughout the whole process. From getting the property properly cleaned to having subcontractors fix issues on inspection reports, etc. It's basically like handing him the keys and letting him handle everything. Very smooth and effortless process. He's handled over 6 properties for me in the last few months, and to say they've gone smoothly is an understatement.
