AIko was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were from CA and many things here were different such as crawlspaces, Hardie board, and even flooring types. She helped us understand feel more comfortable with this difficult decision and was really fun to be around, taking much of the stress out of buying a home.

My first acquaintance with redfin was about 20+ years ago when I bought my house. At that time I was impressed with the redfin agent which was one reason I called them first when it came time to sell my house and look for another one. A good agent is absolutely key for me in with selling in purchasing a house. Your last agent, Lee Scheller, was a great agent for purchasing, but Aiko Griffin by far out shines any agent I've worked with in the past.

Working with Aiko was a great experience! As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the hectic process of purchasing a home. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our (many) questions. From day one, she made everything feel manageable and was truly the difference maker in helping us close on our new home. On top of that, Aiko’s friendly personality made every interaction enjoyable—and she was wonderful with our daughter during showings, which meant a lot to us. 10/10 would recommend!
