Aimee has a ton of experience and is very knowledgable regarding real estate in general, but especially real estate in North East Texas. She was so helpful guiding us through the entire sales process from listing to close. Aimee really helped us avoid some pitfalls that would have cost us money and on the flip side, helped us get what we were asking for our property. If you are looking to sell your home, your acreage, or both, I highly recommend Aimee Brady!

What to say and where to start. We contacted Aimee after being referred by friends who had only had positive things to say about her. After listening to all of our needs for a new home Aimee finally helped us in finding our forever home that checked all the boxes. This wasn’t an easy task due to our family being multi generational, having various interests, and an out of state move. After trips with numerous showings and great input from her experiences in real estate she guided us through this whole experience patiently and graciously. Even after the closing she’s made us aware that she is still available to aide us however she can. We started with Aimee as a Real Estate Agent and ended this journey with a Friend.

Competence. Working with Aimee was incredible, truly. From our very first conversation, I knew that I had made a good choice of Real Estate Agents. The property was pretty non-traditional - a small house under construction and unfinished, and I had a fairly lofty number in mind that I wanted. I assumed that coming up with comps would prove challenging. However, Aimee went way above and beyond in assessing property (land) values versus home conditions to create an unconventional but highly efficient price model. Using this calculus, Aimee was able to show me that my property was worth significantly more than I had estimated, so I took a leap of faith and followed her recommendations. We had two offers within the first 2-3 days, went under contract in less than a week, and closed in under 2 weeks! Communication: Aimee's communications were not just timely but also highly informative and clearly articulated. She used texts for non-urgent matters and voice calls for detailed discussions, always keeping me in the loop and moving the deal forward. Her friendly yet professional tone made me feel like I was talking to a trusted friend. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction. Integrity. Aimee took the time to explain every situation, every scenario, and every consequence of a decision as if she were helping a member of her family. In every case, she explained what the "most right" course of action was and why. She was full disclosure far beyond what I had experienced in previous real estate transactions, and her focus on ethics and honesty was really refreshing. Follow up. Aimee's follow-up after the closing has been phenomenal. Not a single loose end left unattended. So, what does it all mean? One month ago, I looked at some reviews to determine who would be the best agent to help me. We met and walked the property; she did some really next-level analyses to set a fair price, then listed, showed, sold, and closed my property within three weeks. When you contact her, you will quickly understand that she wants to earn your trust first and then earn your business second. She is a rare find these days, and I have every confidence that Aimee will give you the same level of attention. Aimee should be at the top of your list when looking for a real estate agent.
