Aimee has a ton of experience and is very knowledgable regarding real estate in general, but especially real estate in North East Texas. She was so helpful guiding us through the entire sales process from listing to close. Aimee really helped us avoid some pitfalls that would have cost us money and on the flip side, helped us get what we were asking for our property. If you are looking to sell your home, your acreage, or both, I highly recommend Aimee Brady!

What to say and where to start. We contacted Aimee after being referred by friends who had only had positive things to say about her. After listening to all of our needs for a new home Aimee finally helped us in finding our forever home that checked all the boxes. This wasn’t an easy task due to our family being multi generational, having various interests, and an out of state move. After trips with numerous showings and great input from her experiences in real estate she guided us through this whole experience patiently and graciously. Even after the closing she’s made us aware that she is still available to aide us however she can. We started with Aimee as a Real Estate Agent and ended this journey with a Friend.

Competence. Working with Aimee was incredible, truly. From our very first conversation, I knew that I had made a good choice of Real Estate Agents. The property was pretty non-traditional - a small house under construction and unfinished, and I had a fairly lofty number in mind that I wanted. I assumed that coming up with comps would prove challenging. However, Aimee went way above and beyond in assessing property (land) values versus home conditions to create an unconventional but highly efficient price model. Aimee went above and beyond doing her job! She spent months with us looking for just the right house. She was so patient and kind. She knows her stuff and even pointed out things that we would not have looked for when viewing houses.
