Alan was always communicating with us every step of the way. No question was not important to him, even if we asked the same thing multiple times.

When my original agent Veronica suddenly became furlough due to the pandemic effect, and her immediate boss, Mr. Alan Frace started to take over my case, I was very uncomfortable at first because I didn’t know him. However, Alan quickly took over making arrangements swiftly between us and seller’s agent and Title Co. When we meet up at condo unit in three occasions, Alan was pretty informative with many questions that I had, and gave me the answers clearly without hesitation & told me in the way I can understand. Time to time, there were some personal touch of him made me think that he is not just a selling machine. He was also following current mandate rules of practicing to keep social distancing. I also thought that because many agents at his office became layoffs & furloughs, Alan end up inheriting several clients on top of his original assignments, it must be a quite the task. Surprisingly, he didn’t complain anything at all. Every time we meet, he was smiling with easy going attitude, and never pressured me or let me see him sweat. Actually, without any major issues, Alan was able to help me on this short 13 day contract towards closing date of 4/17/2020. Alan made me feel very comfortable, and with his hard work, he earned my trust. Thanks to Alan for his support! With his help, I was able to get my forever home! Also, $4,109.84 discount amount from Redfin was really great deal that I never had before!
