When my original agent Veronica suddenly became furlough due to the pandemic effect, and her immediate boss, Mr. Alan Frace started to take over my case, I was very uncomfortable at first because I didn’t know him. However, Alan quickly took over making arrangements swiftly between us and seller’s agent and Title Co. When we meet up at condo unit in three occasions, Alan was pretty informative with many questions that I had, and gave me the answers clearly without hesitation & told me in the way I can understand. Time to time, there were some personal touch of him made me think that he is not just a selling machine. He was also following current mandate rules of practicing to keep social distancing.
