Matt actually cold called me one day about a house I had looked up on Facebook. If you had told me I’d pick a realtor from a cold call I’d tell you you were insane. But he was so helpful- he even answered questions I didn’t know I had. He even reached out to us about services and tips AFTER we closed on our house. He is just a great human all around.
