If I could give Amanda a higher than 10 I totally would! She answered all my questions and concerns even at 9pm at night she was always available- I’ve sold and purchased many homes in my 74 years and I’ve never been so well taken care of! Amanda knew I was less tech savvy and made sure to bring hard copies of everything to go over with me be just on the computer. She sold my home quickly was able to get me a lease back that I needed and a great price! Could not recommend her and her team more! If your in need of a realtor call Amanda she’s the best!

Amanda is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and I would not recommend anyone over her! She was able to get our home sold quickly and at the price point we wanted to be at! (While lots of houses in our community were sitting and not selling … some still on the market 1 months later!) Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our home sold and sold for a great price too. She explained everything the whole way and made us very happy we chose to work with her! If your looking for a top notch realtor to help buy or sell a home look no farther!

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She not only gets the job done but makes the process enjoyable. She is super knowledgeable and really tries to learn about what is motivating your home buying in order to customize her process. Unlike many realtors I have worked with in the past, she feels like she is in your corner, not pushing you to buy, but to make sure you find the right home for you. I would give her a 15 if the rating scale didn't stop at 10. :)

We have worked with several agents in the past selling other properties. Amanda by far has been the most down to earth, easy to work with of them all. Her knowledge of the market and selling process kept us excited along the way. When we had questions, she had great answers that made everything easy for us to understand and to help make the best decisions for us. She pays attention to detail and to the things most people would not even think of when staging a house for sale. I know her expertise in staging our home is what allowed us to receive an offer above asking price. We will be using her again in the future.

We sold our home in the Houston area, and move to the Georgetown area. We have bought and sold four homes over the last three decades, and Amanda stood out way above all the realtors we have used. Amanda sold our home for us in the Woodlands Texas within three weeks after listing! She also helped us locate our new home in the Georgetown area and was very helpful along the way in answering our questions and getting things done, relating to buying our new home! We could not have asked for a more conscientious , more knowledgeable Realtor, than Amanda.

This was our 2nd time working with Amanda, and as long as we have a choice we will never work with anyone else. Amanda makes the Selling process so easy she takes her time gives you her opinion on staging (even while living in the home) and more! We think Amanda got us top dollar for our home and it was only on the market for a short time as well. She then helped us relocate to the Houston Area and made the transition as smooth as possible to our new out of area address!

In this crazy COVID world, Amanda was able to make us feel safe while listing our house with her. This was our #1 concern as we have a high risk member of the family. Amanda took our concerns with great care and made sure to make us feel as safe as we could while still selling our home for the best price and quickly. Amanda gave us great suggestions on making our home look the best for selling and then when she did list it was only on the market for a very short time before an offer came in. She then was great with going over all of the details of the offer and when it came to negotiation we feel we kicked butt! Small inside joke. Over all I could not ask for a better realtor than Amanda If and when I want to buy or sell another home I will be calling her.

Amanda is fantastic! She quickly picked up what we wanted and didn't want in a house and was able to find us in our dream home in a few short weeks! As first time home buyers, we appreciate how easily she helped us through the process. She's very knowledgeable and was able to address all our questions or find someone who could! She's very well connected and was able to recommend the services of others throughout the process. Even after comparing her recommendations to others we found on our own, we almost always went with her recommendation. 10 for 10, would do business with again!
