I recently moved to Sacramento to start a new job. I had three days to look for a house. Jim treated me as if I was his only client. I felt the entire time that he was working for me and not just for a commission. He learned what I wanted. He freely pointed out flaws that I didn't notice. He helped me through the rigorous loan process. He gave me countless tips about living in Sacramento.
