Buyer agent extended an offer $20,000 above list price, ensuring me that the Appraisal will come much higher than list price. From day one (taking pictures) to closing day they provided daily status updates and were just “all hands on” every part of the way! We actually were speaking to another Realtor, when Amy's team contacted me concerning a property I enquired about via email a few days or a week earlier and asked if we would be interested in speaking with Shelia N. who was in our area of Kaufman County, and it just clicked from there. They took over and we actually let them handle the entire process. There was not one day doing the closing period which was a little less than a month ( we had a firm bid / buyer in 3 days) that they did not touch base with us or did not pick up the phone if we had questions. The team in the office were absolutely amazing supporting me and my wife in our journey. I know whom I am recommending to my friends and family for their Realtor needs..

Great no headache experience. Josh gave great advice, was not pushy at all and was on the ball at all times and guided us very well through the whole process. Would like to have seen more aggressive negotiation tactics when finalizing the deal - every dollar counts for the seller.

This review would only be a continuation of my prior review. We did not have a great experience. There were things that as a realtor Amy should have let us known. For example if we wanted to exclude things like curtains and rods. We thought we were paying for her expertise not a trial by fire learning experience on real estate.

At the beginning of our listing we were told that there might be times when Amy would not be able to show us houses. As it turned out she only showed us twice in the whole approximately six weeks we were looking. She did do us a favor when she asked Brandon Davis to show us homes in her place. Brandon went above and beyond to help us and even was willing to help us lay sod in our home to help get it sold.
We never felt like our listing or search for a new home was a priority. I felt like there was a lack of communication from the beginning to the end.
