It's impossible to say enough good things about Andrea. As our buying and selling agent, she was with us through every tour, every "hey maybe this house will work?" and every freakout. She was the one who found the house we'd eventually buy (which I'd overlooked). She was a great ally and advocate through the whole thing. Her pricing strategy for selling our old place was sound and got our house sold quickly at a good price and she was on top of advocating for us through questionable listing photos and open house near misses. She kept that up through the sale process. Even when changes outside of her control added chaos to the process, she kept a level head and helped advise us through. Although I hope to stay in this house a long time so we won't be working together again soon, I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone I know who's buying or selling. Thank you Andrea!
