Andrea is a wonderful agent who guides you through the home buying process so kindly! As a first time home buyer, there were many things I did not know. Andrea answered any and all questions I had, making the process very transparent and less daunting. We ended up finding a great home that fit my needs! It's impossible to say enough good things about Andrea. As our buying and selling agent, she was with us through every tour, every "hey maybe this house will work?" and every freakout. She was the one who found the house we'd eventually buy (which I'd overlooked). She was a great ally and advocate through the whole thing. Her pricing strategy for selling our old place was sound and got our house sold quickly at a good price and she was on top of advocating for us through questionable listing photos and open house near misses. Andrea was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my home. While there was some initial pressure on the list price she went with my direction and we went pending after 3 days on the market with a full price offer. She was communicative during the march to close, tackling issues with the buyer and keeping me informed along the way. I had mentally prepared for the worst when listing but with Andrea's help it went just about as good as it could have been.

I can't recommend Andrea enough. She was a helpful guide at every step of the way--offering good advice and thoughts about how we could make different houses our home. She was patient, friendly, and thoughtful. We dragged her all around the city looking at not quite right houses, but the ones she recommended were solid and she found the house that we ended up buying. Thank you, Andrea!
