Arnold was a complete professional and was not pushy at all throughout our entire home-buying process. He is a very friendly individual who was both easy to work with and talk through as First-Time Home Buyers. Our homebuying process took us several months and, despite several unsuccessful bids, Arnold kept us motivated and worked with our fairly restrictive search range. He connected us to the right people, who did their best and did great in helping us through the homebuying process. Never once did I feel like Arnold was working JUST for himself, he makes you feel a part of a team!
