Debi is fantastic! She worked tirelessly to make this happen as we had some challenges along the way. She stuck with it and because of her work..we were able to finalize this purchase

Avalon Group did a wonderful job supporting us through our vacation home buying experience. They were quick to respond and resolve any questions we had. We were on a limited schedule from out of town and when our first offer was rejected, Avalon stayed committed and sought out another property for us. And what a find! Our offer went thru and we are now proud Floridian home owners now. I highly recommend Avalon Group.

Thanks for everything! However, I think the whole Real Estate industry is very inflationary and a major cause from hyper price increases. Every time a property is sold, the final price is inflated by 6-7% besides any profit the owner realizes. If a property is sold 4 or 5 times in 20 years, the 7% commission accumulates and it is also contagious to all properties in the same category. This is adding to the costs of everything. People's salaries are not keeping up. My father at 21 years of age was able to buy a half acre of land, located an hour and half from NYC in 1960 for $1,500. He was making a $100 a week. It was possible that he could have paid it off in 15 weeks. Now in 2023, a half acre of land is $200,000. The average salary is about $50,000 a week. It will take someone 4 years to pay for a half acre of land. The percentages have changed drastically in the past 60 years causing great harm to everyone. Even renting an apartment is unaffordable to people making the average salary. The same can be said about medical services and education costs. Totally out of control.
