About Brittany
My name is Brittany Martin and I have been a real estate agent for almost 8 years now- and I love it! I was born and raised in the Chehalis area, and have lived in Lewis County the majority of my adult life. I have a background in the medical field, and still hold an active license and certification as a medical assistant, although I no longer work in that field. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 4 great kids. We are enjoying living in our 1920 farmhouse that we have spent numerous years renovating, with many more projects to still complete! I love watching my kids play sports, and I love camping, reading, art, and hanging out with my family and friends. As a broker, my passion is helping families find their new home- whether upgrading, downsizing, building, or working with first time homebuyers to find that starter home. I also enjoy helping people sell properties- they usually have a goal or reason for selling, and I like helping them meet that goal. I want every real estate transaction to be a good and positive experience for all involved! Being able to culminate relationships that last well after the transaction is over, is one of the brightest aspects of this job. I will always enjoy getting to know people and hearing about their lives, and seeing how things turn out for them and their families long after I hand over the keys. It will always be a privilege to came along side people during the buying/selling process, and help them navigate the waters. The trust and confidence given to me will never be taken for granted- I will forever appreciate the business I gain from the people who choose to work with me and allow me to help them with their real estate needs! And future referrals are the greatest compliment!

I sold my dad's house in Washington from the state of Pennsylvania. Britany managed the process for me, through multiple offers and the first deal falling apart. When I was ready to take whatever we could get to get the deal done, she encouraged me to stay the course and we got a cash offer over asking after the first deal had fallen through. She helped me with maintenance since I wasn't there and was a partner throughout. First class all the way!
