I sold my dad's house in Washington from the state of Pennsylvania. Britany managed the process for me, through multiple offers and the first deal falling apart. When I was ready to take whatever we could get to get the deal done, she encouraged me to stay the course and we got a cash offer over asking after the first deal had fallen through. She helped me with maintenance since I wasn't there and was a partner throughout. First class all the way!
