Barry Sullivan is a top-notch realtor. I was involved in a very tenuous and lengthy real estate transaction with my prior home using a different realtor Barry was extremely proactive even before this house sold and throughout the entire process in finding me the perfect house . He is very detail oriented and spent time finding out what kind of house I wanted to live and in what kind of neighborhood and didn’t waste my time sending listings that I would not be interested in. Once we found the house, he negotiated a great price that was far below market value. He also negotiated the entire list seller of paid repairs because of the home inspection and even helped me line up contractors after the transaction. What is unique and refreshing about Barry as a realtor is his focused attention to the smaller details, his excellent and timely communication with his clients, and his overall knowledge of the market and how it pertains to the home buying and selling process. There are many realtors to choose from, but with Barry you are getting the consummate professional to make the buying or selling process a great experience. I highly recommend Barry to everyone I know that is looking for realtor services!

Barry is a good agent and helped me sold my property a few years ago. My only advice to him is to demonstrate that he cares more about his clients well being. Owners appreciate agents who are willing to go the extra mile and "getting their hands dirty" in terms getting the place ready or even making a Home Depot run etc.. Additionally, it makes us want to recommend you to others because we trust you'll take very good care of them.

I was impressed with Barry from the very beginning with his knowledge and guidance in purchasing my new home. Communication was key in finding that home initially - Barry was always available by email, text, and cell phone - it was usually within minutes that I would get a respond back to me to schedule an appointment to walk through an open house tour. Barry answered all my questions in detail thoroughly during the entire process for me and kept the mortgage lender informed with status on completion of inspections, etc. He worked diligently with the Listing Agent in getting all necessary addendums prepared and fully executed by all parties. Barry's connections in this current market assisted me in obtaining a very professional Home Inspector. I would recommend Barry Sullivan to all family and friends. I was extremely fortunate from my point of view to have secured him as the Buyer's Agent in the purchase of my new home. In fact, whenever that time comes down the road - I fully intend to contact him to represent me from the Listing Agent side in selling my home.
