Bailey worked exceptionally hard to help us find the perfect property. As a long distance buyer, she provided us with all of the necessary information to help us make a decision without countless trips to and from the condo. She helped locate local professionals for the inspections and then followed up personally on making sure that corrections by the seller were completed prior to closing. As if that was not enough, after the sale, she continued to help with the renovations and has checked on us regularly to ensure we are enjoying our purchase. All of this was a pleasant surprise compared to past experiences with real estate agents. I will continue to rely on Bailey for all of our real estate needs in Florida.
