Bernadette was incredibly responsive, helpful and made our home purchase with Redfin a really positive experience. We were first time home buyers but came into it with lots of research already and had been viewing homes prior to reaching out to Bernadette. She was very intuitive in recognizing where we were at and didn't assume anything, but provided lots of helpful information about process or concerns we had while purchasing our house. Her team was also extremely helpful and we would recommend Bernadette to everyone we know that wants to buy or sell. If I could give her more than a 10/10 I would.
