My wife and I can’t say enough fabulous things about Bernadette. We live out of state, have extremely busy schedules, and know little to nothing about the housing and rental market in Boulder. She made herself available to us during our short stay looking for apartments, provided us with all her contact information, and she continued to make herself available to us after we returned home. She guided us from “just looking “ - which she was extremely patient with - through deciding, through all of the required inspections and communication with the seller, to closing with remarkable dexterity and efficiency.
