Beverly was extremely condescending from the very beginning of our working with her and did not change throughout the entire process. She dismissed legitimate concerns related to the property, laughed at us when we came with flashlights and a list to examine the property, and aggressively pushed to have us work with the lawyer she had connections with. I did not seek out another agent due to the timeline being short and feeling as though I could mitigate her unprofessional attitude with extra work on my part.
