We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Bev. She was kind, attentive, thoughtful, communicative. She advocated for us, guided us, educated us (first time home buyers). She was not only professional, but incredibly personable - the dream when someone is helping you buy your (first) home! We couldn't recommend Bev enough. Beverly was extremely condescending from the very beginning of our working with her and did not change throughout the entire process. She dismissed legitimate concerns related to the property, laughed at us when we came with flashlights and a list to examine the property, and aggressively pushed to have us work with the lawyer she had connections with. I did not seek out another agent due to the timeline being short and feeling as though I could mitigate her unprofessional attitude with extra work on my part.
