We love Bill. We bought our first house 10 years ago with him and we were impressed by his good nature, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for us. This time around, the stars aligned and we saw he was back with Redfin after a little break right on time when we were ready to look for our new home. The whole process was pleasant and seamless thanks to Bill and we happily found our home again!

Bill was super friendly and accommodating with all our request during the 5+ months of your house search. Most importantly he talked me OUT of buying a house after the home inspection revealed serious problem. Without his advice I would have most likely bought that house and waste a lot of money in that money pit. Ask yourself, how many real estate agents paid on commission would do that? Almost none. That's why I highly recommend Redfin (agents at Redfin are NOT paid on commission) and Bill in particular.

He and Diane then worked very closely with me to find an attorney and an inspector. They really made the entire buying process feel very well-managed and stress-free. Bill was great. We bid on several properties until we managed to find one that worked. During the process he was not pushy, he understood that we were waiting for the right house and didn't try to talk us into bidding higher just so he could close a deal, which I've noticed with other realtors. He always answered his phone, and went out of his way to help us even after we closed by following up to get us keys to the house, which the seller's realtor was supposed to have provided. I would happily work with Bill again.
