So lucky to have landed Bill as an agent! I work crazy, inflexible hours and am sometimes flaky because of it. Bill had to deal with my unpredictable schedule and very complicated coordinating between myself and co-buyer for a condo that I would consider chump change in this market. He was so gracious, flexible and patient with us, always available and always going above and beyond. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to any of my family or friends. He started with me when I was very noncommittal and testing the waters all the way through the closing. Never pushy but always supportive. Thank you Bill!!
