About Brandy
I’m a lifelong resident of Boone and Winnebago Counties, I graduated from Belvidere High and have always been very interested in helping in my community. I am actively involved with my daughter’s school activities as well as her competitive volleyball team fundraisers. I am a proud sponsor of the Hononegah School District Sporting Events, Roscoe Festival, Boone County Fair, and the Rockton Days Festival.
I decided to pursue Real Estate Sales, So I could actively pursue my passion and share in the joy a new homeowner feels when purchasing a new home. I also enjoy the challenge of a competitive marketplace that Real Estate Sales presents to me. Brandy is aggressive in a bad way. She took it upon herself to issue some of my escrow funds to a buyer in a transaction without my permission just to close the RE transaction knowing that was illegal and unethical. I reported her to her Broker and she was reprimanded and the agency paid me the money owed. Century21 was the agency in Rockford, Illinois. This transaction took place in July, 2019.
