Chad was amazing, I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with him! I found a great home in a great neighborhood that checked all my boxes! He made me feel like I was his only client. He was always available to answer my endless questions, walked me through every step of the process, worked closely with my lender to meet deadlines, helped me negotiate with sellers over the terms of the contract and, met me at the title office for closing. Although I was not an easy client (I'm very picky) he happily walked me through not less than 15 potential homes. I cannot praise Chad enough for his grace, professionalism, knowledge, and kindness while working with me. If you're not working with him, you're certainly missing out!
