Chad was amazing, I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with him! I found a great home in a great neighborhood that checked all my boxes! He made me feel like I was his only client. He was always available to answer my endless questions, walked me through every step of the process, worked closely with my lender to meet deadlines, helped me negotiate with sellers over the terms of the contract and, met me at the title office for closing. Although I was not an easy client (I'm very picky) he happily walked me through not less than 15 potential homes. I cannot praise Chad enough for his grace, professionalism, knowledge, and kindness while working with me. If you're not working with him, you're certainly missing out!

When my 19yo daughter was ready to purchase a home a thousand miles from where she grew up, I needed to find an agent to help. I'm so glad that we found Chad! He was fabulous through the entire process and I knew that she was getting great representation. He helped her find the best option for her current life situation and that fit her budget.
