We had a glitch in our offer to the buyer and Chancie was very understanding and compassionate toward the situation. It was worked out in a week but she was patience and checked off all the things that needed to be done to close. We needed a quick closing and Chancie made it happen. She is an outstanding person as well as a realtor. I would chose her again in a second if needed.

Was not happy at all. She was not informable. Did not keep track of our wishes. Seemed like she fought for the buyers instead of us. No communication. How I had to go to her boss to get the house sold.
