I think she was an excellent agent. She was very knowledgeable about the Vegas market and different options available. She communicated with us extremely promptly and was very responsive. She was very helpful in helping us formulate our offer and working with the listing agent to help us close. After the offer was accepted we asked if we could close sooner than scheduled. She worked very hard and made everything happen quickly and correctly. I was actually very pleasantly surprised that everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Cherra to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Vegas area.

I'm an out-of-state buyer so I totally relied and appreciated her knowledge about the Las Vegas market and areas that I was interested in which gave me reassurance and peace of mind. I also appreciated her time attending the home inspection since I couldn't be there in person, and her willingness to oversee the repairs done on my condo after escrow closed which is going beyond her call of duty. A true professional. I never felt pressured to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Honestly, I'm still not convinced she's human! I've sent text messages, emails etc. all through the early mornings and at night, with the intention she'll see it and respond when she "wakes" up. To my surprise, I'll usually get an answer in about an hour, regardless of the time. You cant go wrong with her services.
